BODY CORPORATE MANAGEMENT
Secretarial:
Prepare and distribute meeting notices
Convene and attend general meetings and committee meetings (if requested)
Provide boardroom facilities at our offices for meetings (if required)
Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings
Call nominations for the body corporate committee
Maintain rolls and registers
Implement by-laws and decisions of the committee
Financial:
Open, maintain and operate the body corporate bank account
Maintain ledger, monthly postings and bank reconciliation
Prepare balance sheet and financial statements
Prepare administrative and sinking fund budgets
Issue levy and other contribution notices
Receipt and bank levies
Pay creditor invoices weekly
Extra Services:
Insurance management
Issue notices of overdue levies
Obtain quotations (upon request)
Issue work orders to contractors (upon request)
Convene and attend body corporate meetings outside of business hours
